I’m deep into the last week of NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month for any who don’t know – expect a post-NaNo round up next week), but I just had to pop on to say that my second child, Darksoul, has been reviewed in Publishers Weekly, and they’ve only gone and given it a starred review.

Getting a star is a pretty big deal in US book review terms, so I’m absolutely thrilled and a tiny bit gobsmacked that they liked it so much.
You can read the review here, which also includes links to pre-order the North American version, which is published on 8 January 2019. Perfect for all those book vouchers you’re all going to get for Christmas…
And don’t forget, anyone who wants a signed bookplate, just go to my Get in Touch page on this site and send me a message with your address and I’ll stick one in the post.
Huzzah!
