My first novel, Godblind, has now been published by Harper Voyager UK, Skyhorse Publishing in North America, Bragelonne in France, Blanvalet in Germany and Luitingh-Sijthoff in the Netherlands. The Czech Republic and Poland have also acquired the first of the trilogy, with publication dates to be confirmed.
Godblind made it onto the shortlist for the Booknest Debut Novel Award 2017 – I’m immensely proud of that, and it’s good going for a book that was only four months old at the time! Godblind was also longlisted for the 2018 Gemmell Morningstar award for best debut and the British Fantasy Society’s best debut award.
Darksoul, book 2 of the trilogy, was published on 23 August 2018 and longlisted for the Guardian’s Not the Booker prize.
Book 3, Bloodchild, is pencilled in for summer 2019.
I also have short stories in Grimdark Magazine (issue 15), The Art of War charity anthology (February 2018) and Unfettered III (March 2019).
